Once your Bad Bull Muzzleloader has been custom built for you it will be shipped UPS ground.

What this means is that upon receipt of your order, you have 30 days in which to test drive your NEW Muzzleloader prior to making a final decision to keep it.

We provide this service so that our valued customers can shop with complete ease of mind about the purchasing decision you have made. If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your muzzleloader you may return it to us for a full refund or in-store credit towards an alternate purchase.

This guarantee must be exercised within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Bad Bull Muzzleloaders cannot refund the cost of shipping returned items back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: The Muzzleloader must be in new condition without scratches and dents for a full refund. The muzzleloader can be fired but must not be damaged due to dropping or mishandling the muzzleloader.
